Class Skins — Cosmetic Guide

Last updated: 2026-07-06
Skins Tab Overview
Class Update & QoL Pt. 1 and the late-June Anomaly follow-up added a Skins tab inside the Class Shop UI. Skins are cosmetic variants only — they do not alter passives, tier placement, Shutter mechanics, or Sanity formulas. Animal Anomaly confirmed six classes received new skins in the first wave; Doctor, Surgeon, and Paramedic had no new skins as of July 2026.
Console support expanded same window — Xbox Roblox app players access Skins tab where platform allows. Removed Jumpscare All button noted in community patch notes — unrelated to skin purchases.
F2P priority remains Surgeon unlock before cosmetic spending. Skins are flair for established grinders, not progression shortcuts.
Confirmed Skin Roster
Intern Rascal — playful variant for free starter Class.
Nurse Assistant Nurse — extra inventory slot Class cosmetically restyled.
Psychologist Psycho — edgy variant on expert-tier Sanity manipulation Class.
Security Hospital Cop — law enforcement aesthetic on Taser Class.
Head Nurse Supervisor — premium Robux Class supervisory skin.
Secret Agent Agent Rattu — ties Ratthew lore quest wave; cosmetic only, not key quest reward.
Skins vs Tier List
Tier list rankings on tier-list/ hub reflect passives unchanged by skins. Agent Rattu does not buff Gun damage. Supervisor skin does not expand Head Nurse inventory beyond Class baseline.
Pub lobbies cannot judge skill from skin — Surgeon default avatar still S-tier healer.
Psychologist Psycho skin does not reduce doubled Sanity risk — C-tier pub warning stands.
How to Select Skins
Open Class Shop between Shifts, navigate Skins tab adjacent to Class unlocks, select owned Class, equip desired variant. Pricing follows Animal Coin or Robux per Class economy — verify in-game UI July 2026.
Agent Rattu available to Secret Agent owners — Robux Class prerequisite.
Skins persist account-bound like Class unlocks across sessions.
F2P Spending Guidance
Unlock order: Surgeon → Doctor or Paramedic → Camera Upgrade → Fire Extinguisher → skins last.
Intern Rascal free Class skin lowest opportunity cost if any skin bought early.
Avoid buying Psychologist skin before mastering class — cosmetic does not fix C-tier pub difficulty.
Console and Skins
June 26 patch added console support — PS5 and Xbox Roblox app players browse Skins tab with controller. See controls/console page for input mapping.
Cosmetic equip identical across PC mobile console — cross-play lobbies show mixed skins.
Part 2 Update Watch
Class Update QoL Part 1 naming implies Part 2 — July 10–12 Roblox Next Update event may add Doctor Surgeon Paramedic skins or new Classes.
Wiki updates tier-list/skins when verified cosmetics ship — passives changes go to tier-list/ hub.
Community and Creator Culture
YouTube thumbnails feature Agent Rattu and Psycho skins for clickability — mechanics unchanged.
Ratthew meme culture boosted Agent Rattu popularity — lore hunters cosplay quest identity.
Streamers showcase skins same patch as Ghost anomaly — separate guides for each mechanic.

Practical note for tier-list/skins (tip 1): before ending a Shift, confirm every patient in the rooms related to this guide is either discharged or still recovering on a bed. Leaving a half-treated case unresolved bleeds Shift score and makes the next Shift harder because your team starts with lower Sanity and fewer Animal Coins for Coffee.
